Order Processing
Please allow 1–2 business days to process your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your package has been shipped with tracking details included.
Shipping Zones & Times
We ship orders from our European warehouse (Poland) to the following regions:

✈️ Free shipping on all orders over €75 (within the EU).
International Shipping
We currently ship to most international countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are applied once a shipment reaches your country. We are not responsible for these charges, and they are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is shipped. You can use it to follow the delivery status of your package in real-time.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. You will receive a full refund minus any international shipping costs.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@ saharibet.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will assess the case and offer a suitable solution.
