Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship all orders directly from our EU-based warehouse (Poland).

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Poland: 1–3 business days
EU countries: 2–7 business days
International orders: 6–15 business days
(You will receive a tracking link via email.)

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes – we offer free shipping in Poland and for all EU orders over €75.


Orders & Payments

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@saharibet.com.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, PayPal and more – all securely processed.

Q: How do I know my payment is secure?
A: All transactions are processed using encrypted connections via certified gateways (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.).


Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return a product?
A: Yes! We offer a 14-day return policy for unused products in original condition. Just email us to start the process.

Q: Who pays the return shipping?
A: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective.

Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue the refund within 5 business days.

Q: Are your vacuum parts compatible with ?
A: Each product page includes compatibility info. If you’re unsure, contact us with your model number.

Q: Do you offer warranty?
A: Yes – all products come with a standard 1-year warranty. Contact us if you experience any issues.
